West Carter's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Menifee County, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

West Carter got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March against Menifee County by a conclusive 15-8 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Comets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
