Volleyball Recap: Midway Takes a Loss

Midway lost against Northland Christian back in October of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Northland Christian. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Ella Jamison paced Midway's offense, picking up five kills. Jamison got some help from Ella Lyon and her eight assists.

Midway's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12-3. As for Northland Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 19-3-3 record this season.

Midway has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Liberal on the 14th. As for Northland Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Archie on the 11th.
