Baseball Recap: Atlantic County Institute of Tech Takes a Loss

Atlantic County Institute of Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Absegami Braves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Absegami this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 on Tuesday.

Atlantic County Institute of Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Absegami, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Atlantic County Institute of Tech will square off against Vineland at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Absegami, they will take on Williamstown at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
