Volleyball Recap: St. John Paul II Takes a Loss

St. John Paul II was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Scituate Sailors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sailors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

St. John Paul II's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Scituate, their win ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-15.

St. John Paul II does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Scituate, they will take on Brockton at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Boxers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Sailors surely won't give up without a fight.
