Chloe Compau gave up the fewest walks she has over her last ten games on Thursday. Lakeville had no answer to Compau as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over seven innings pitched. Compau has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

Compau's strong effort led Frankenmuth over Lakeville and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are a perfect 8-0 against the Falcons going back to May of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
