Volleyball Recap: Livingston Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Livingston, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Huntington Red Devils on Tuesday. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Livingston walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 23-25, 25-14, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Huntington still got an impressive performance from Jaidyn Maddox, who had 16 digs and three assists. Chassidy Johnson also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 5-11. As for Huntington, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Livingston will take on Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Huntington, they will challenge Leon at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
