Basketball Game Preview: Houston Wildcats vs. Jackson Center Tigers

Houston hasn't had much luck against Jackson Center recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Houston Wildcats face off against the Jackson Center Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Jackson Center took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Houston, who comes in off a win.

Houston will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Ansonia, who they had gone 1-7-1 against in their nine prior meetings. Houston strolled past Ansonia with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 53-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Jackson Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-47 heartbreaker at the hands of Marion Local.

Houston's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-10. As for Jackson Center, their loss dropped their record down to 10-5.
