Heritage Academy won the last time they faced Mission Heights Prep and things went their way on Thursday too. The Heroes blew past the Phantoms 38-6. Considering the Heroes have won four games by more than 31 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Heritage Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaemin Walker out in front who rushed for 132 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only ten carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Seth Skousen, who rushed for 50 yards and one TD.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Heritage Academy's defense and their three sacks. Leading the way was Reed Rieman with two.

The victory made it two in a row for Heritage Academy and bumps their season record up to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.0 points over those games. As for Mission Heights Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Heritage Academy will venture away from home to face off against Skyline Prep at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. As for Mission Heights Prep, they will head out to challenge AZ Compass Prep at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. The Dragons have yet to allow a single point through eight games this season, a streak the Phantoms will look to end.
