Volleyball Recap: Minooka Extends Winning Streak to Four

Minooka entered their tilt with Sandburg on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Eagles. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Minooka had a senior duo take command as Maddie Dostall had 13 digs and two assists and Kennedy Walker had 20 assists and five digs. Those 20 assists set a new season-high mark for Walker.

Minooka's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Sandburg, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.

Minooka has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Lincoln-Way East on the 20th. As for Sandburg, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Neuqua Valley on the 20th.
