Baseball Recap: San Francisco Waldorf Takes a Loss

San Francisco Waldorf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against The Bay School Breakers, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Breakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 last Tuesday.

Emiliano Martinez-Ortiz made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-4. Ben Sarig was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

San Francisco Waldorf's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for The Bay School, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Francisco Waldorf will face off against International at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for The Bay School, they will challenge Berean Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
