Flag Football Game Preview: Orestimba Warriors vs. Hughson Huskies + How To Watch

The Orestimba Warriors will face off against the Hughson Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Orestimba 11.2, Hughson 13.3) so any points scored will be well earned.

Hughson will be up against a hot Orestimba team: the squad just extended their winning streak to five. The Warriors came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 24-18 W against Hilmar.

Orestimba didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Imelda Beltran-Pelayo, Madelyn Perez, and Salece Machado picked up one apiece.

Meanwhile, while Hughson put up some points on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Escalon. The Huskies took down the Cougars 14-0.

The critical scores for Hughson came from Ashlynn Merritt and Kindal Barstow.

Hughson's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Orestimba, their win bumped their record up to 16-2.
