Basketball Recap: Loyd Star Takes a Loss

Loyd Star lost against Bogue Chitto last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Loyd Star Hornets took a 65-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bogue Chitto Bobcats. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Loyd Star's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Bogue Chitto, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Loyd Star nor Bogue Chitto have any future games scheduled.
