Football Game Preview: Mira Loma Matadors vs. Delta Saints + Official Tickets

Two dominant signal callers in Deangelo Keys and Chase Parkinson are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Mira Loma Matadors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Delta Saints at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Mira Loma sitting on ten straight wins and Delta on four.

Mira Loma is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They really took it to Valley for the full four quarters, racking up a 56-14 victory. Considering the Matadors have won eight contests by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Mira Loma found their leader in freshman Keion Kado, who picked up 199 receiving yards and three TDs. Kado really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 95 yards. Ceasar Diaz made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Mira Loma didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kayden Brown and Diaz. Diaz got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Delta strolled past Valley Christian with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 32-14.

Mira Loma better keep an eye on Cole Hutson. He was instrumental in Delta's win, picking up 42 receiving yards and three scores.

Mira Loma's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Delta, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.

Everything came up roses for Mira Loma against Delta in their previous matchup back in September, as the squad secured a 44-0 win. Do the Matadors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Saints turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
