Volleyball Recap: Ronan's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Columbia Falls, Ronan was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Libby Loggers. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Chiefs as it put an end to their six-match losing streak.

Ronan's got stronger as the match went on, holding Libby to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-13, 25-7.

Ronan can attribute much of their success to Aubrey Krell, who had 18 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Krell has posted since back in September.

Ronan's record now sits at 6-10. As for Libby, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-15.

Ronan has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Polson on the 27th. Hopefully Libby paid attention to the Chiefs' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Chiefs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
