Baseball Recap: Kellis Comes Up Short

Kellis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 12-1 to the Alhambra Lions.

Kellis saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alexander Maturino, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Kellis' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Alhambra, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Kellis has already played their next contest (against Thunderbird), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Alhambra, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Centennial at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
