Rogers is a perfect 8-0 against North Central since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Pirates are taking a road trip to challenge the Wolfpack at 2:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Rogers and 36 for North Central dating back to last season.

Pullman hit Rogers with a ten-run fourth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Pirates lost 18-3 to the Greyhounds.

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for North Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-17.

Rogers took their win against North Central in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 44-32 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
