Christian Ministries Academy came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by the Garrett Memorial Christian Saints to the tune of 69-21. That 48 point margin sets a new team best for the Conquerors this season.

Christian Ministries Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gavin Hicks, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten assists. Hicks is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 14 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Andrew Robertson, who went 8 of 9 en route to 18 points and five rebounds.

Christian Ministries Academy's record now sits at 11-2. As for Garrett Memorial Christian, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Christian Ministries Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 72-40 win against Trinity Christian on the 6th. As for Garrett Memorial Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Magnet Cove at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th.
