Basketball Game Preview: Branson Pirates vs. Parkview Vikings

Branson is 2-8 against Parkview since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Branson Pirates will host the Parkview Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Branson is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Saturday. They fell 81-69 to Rolla. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game two weeks ago (64), the Pirates still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Parkview faced Kickapoo in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Parkview took a 55-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kickapoo. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Parkview's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Branson, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
