If Cypress Ranch was riding high fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Cypress Lakes last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cypress Ranch Mustangs came up short against the Cypress Woods Wildcats on Friday, falling 4-1. The Mustangs' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Edie Dispensa, who's now up to 19 this season.

Cypress Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Cypress Woods, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cypress Ranch will take on Bridgeland at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Bridgeland will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Cypress Ranch surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cypress Woods, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cypress Woods face off against the Cypress Park at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Cypress Woods is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.7 goals per game this season.
