            Baseball Preview: Copley Indians vs. Firestone Falcons        
        
		
        
        
            The Copley Indians will square off against the Firestone Falcons at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Copley is coming into the  matchup on  a  five-game losing streak.
On Friday, Copley didn't have quite enough to beat Hudson and fell  3-2.
 Copley saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Hudson Able, who  went 1-for-2 with one  double.
Tallmadge hit Firestone with a seven-run sixth inning  on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Falcons lost  12-2 to the Blue Devils. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
  Malcolm Bufford was cooking despite his team's loss,   going 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Jose Uzcategui, who  went 2-for-3 with one  run and one  double.
 Copley's loss dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Firestone, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.
 Copley took their  win against Firestone  in their previous matchup  back in April of 2024 by a conclusive  15-1 score. Will the Indians repeat their success,  or do  the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
