Soccer Game Preview: Berkeley vs. Wando

Berkeley is 0-10 against Wando since March of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. Berkeley will be playing in front of their home fans against Wando at 7:00 p.m. Berkeley will be strutting in after a victory while Wando will be coming in after a loss.

Berkeley headed into their last game having not scored more than one goal for three straight, but Goose Creek let them put that streak behind them. Berkeley sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 win over Goose Creek on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for Berkeley as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Wando faced Catawba Ridge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Wando fell just short of Catawba Ridge by a score of 2-1. Wando have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Berkeley's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Wando, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
