Hamilton faced Perry in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Huskies came out on top against the Pumas by a score of 3-1. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Pumas recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 19-25, 25-17.

Nia Curry paced Hamilton's offense, picking up 21 kills. Curry got some help from Hailey Johnston and her 19 assists. Whitney Pierzga controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
