Orange Lutheran had won 11 straight games dating back to last season and Makena Cook did her part to make it 12 on Tuesday. The Lancers breezed past the Rosary Academy Royals to the tune of 44-6 with plenty of help from Cook, who threw for 283 yards and four TDs while picking up 12.9 yards per attempt. She is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as she's now passed for three or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Orange Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Rosary Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orange Lutheran will square off against Banning at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rosary Academy, they will challenge Fullerton at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
