Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bremond). They claimed a resounding 61-0 win over the Wortham Bulldogs. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Bremond's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sam Kasowski, who threw for 184 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 passes. Tyriq Scott helped Kasowski out on the ground, rushing for 43 yards and two scores.
Bremond didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jeramiah Morgan and Braylon Estrada.
Bremond's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Wortham, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
