Magdalena won the last time they faced Cliff and things went their way on Thursday too. The Magdalena Steers slipped by the Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls 44-43. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Steers.

Magdalena's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elia Cleveland led the charge by putting up 11 points and five boards. Cleveland has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. Jorianne Mirabal was another key player, posting 12 points and six rebounds.
