Basketball Recap: Brady Barnaby's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Seacrest Country Day over Golden Gate + How To Watch

Seacrest Country Day easily dispatched Southwest Florida Christian on Tuesday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Stingrays fell just short of the Golden Gate Titans by a score of 55-53 on Thursday. The Stingrays haven't had much luck with the Titans recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Seacrest Country Day's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brady Barnaby, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and 12 boards. Barnaby's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Isaac Leon, who posted ten points and five assists.

Having lost for the first time this season, Seacrest Country Day fell to 2-1. As for Golden Gate, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Seacrest Country Day will take on North Miami Beach at 12:20 p.m. on Friday. As for Golden Gate, they will host Marco Island Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
