Hillside is 0-10 against Jordan since March of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Hornets are taking a road trip to take on the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Hillside barely beat Southeast Raleigh the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Hornets blew past the Bulldogs 19-4 on Monday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hornets as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Tierney Bailey made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. That hit marked the first that she allowed this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

In other batting news, Maliya Blandford was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while going 4-for-5. Those four hits gave her a new career-high.
