Basketball Recap: Crisp Academy Takes a Loss

Crisp Academy lost against Georgia Christian back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Crisp Academy Wildcats took a 69-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Georgia Christian Generals. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crisp Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Georgia Christian, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-6.

Crisp Academy has already played their next contest (against Westwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Georgia Christian won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Sherwood Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sherwood Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Georgia Christian likes a good challenge.
