Basketball Recap: Williamsburg Takes a Loss

After flying high against Lynn Camp last Friday, Williamsburg came back down to earth. The Williamsburg Yellow Jackets fell 72-61 to the Barbourville Tigers on Monday. The loss put an end to the Yellow Jackets' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Williamsburg fell to 6-1. As for Barbourville, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Williamsburg and Model will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Barbourville will take on Christian Academy of Knoxville in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
