Basketball Game Preview: Bolles Bulldogs vs. Bishop Snyder Cardinals

The Bolles Bulldogs will venture away from home to face off against the Bishop Snyder Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Snyder took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bolles, who comes in off a win.

Last Saturday, Bolles didn't have too much trouble with Wolfson as they won 60-46. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 219th, while the Wolfpack are ranked 541st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Bishop Snyder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 59-50 to East Coweta. The match was a 32-32 toss-up at halftime, but the Cardinals couldn't quite close it out.

Bishop Snyder's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Bolles, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8.

Bolles beat Bishop Snyder 49-36 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bolles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
