It was a good run, but Elkton unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the Rising Sun Tigers, falling 11-4. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent loss being a 12-2 defeat back in April.

Elkton saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeremy Ruth, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Elkton's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6-1. As for Rising Sun, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

As of now, neither Elkton nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
