Basketball Recap: Malik Woods Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat White Knoll

Lugoff-Elgin won the last time they faced White Knoll and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Demons skirted past the Timberwolves 50-48. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Demons.

Lugoff-Elgin's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Malik Woods, who posted nine points along with five assists and three steals. Another player making a difference was Zach Williams, who put up eight points.

Lugoff-Elgin has already played their next game, a 66-60 victory against Lower Richland on the 2nd. As for White Knoll, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 46-45 loss against Aiken on the 1st.
