On Thursday, Friendship Tech Prep Academy faced KIPP College Prep in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans blew past the KIPP College Prep Panthers 91-33. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Friendship Tech Prep Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mekhi Polk, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine assists. The dominant performance gave Polk a new career-high in assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Aidan Haskins, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds.

Despite the loss, KIPP College Prep still got an impressive performance from Kaden Butler, who posted 11 points.
