            Greater Latrobe dropped their record down to 14-6 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's six-game streak of wins on the road. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost  3-0 to the Plum Mustangs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  on Monday.
As for Plum, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record  this season. That's two games straight that they have won by  exactly three  runs.
For Plum's part,  not much got past  Michael Tedrick, who gave up just  a  hit to keep Greater Latrobe off the board. Tedrick has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in five consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Daniel Macioce, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  double. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Jake Dombkowski was another key player,  going 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases and one  run.
 Greater Latrobe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plum, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hempfield Area  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
