Soccer Recap: West Florence Comes Up Short

West Florence had taken Myrtle Beach down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Saturday. The Knights fell just short of the Seahawks by a score of 2-1. Things got a bit chippy out on the turf as both teams were handed red cards: West Florence's Clinton Williams and Myrtle Beach's Ariel Benjamin.

West Florence's goal came courtesy of Mason Kleine, who's now up to six this season.

West Florence has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-7 record this season. As for Myrtle Beach, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-12.

As of now, neither West Florence nor the Seahawks have any future games scheduled.
