Lisle is 9-1 against Manteno since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. Lisle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.

Lisle had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt Peotone on Thursday. The Lions blew past the Blue Devils 4-1. Lisle might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by three goals or more this season.

Liliana (Lily) Rocha and Jordan Rodriguez * scored all four of Lisle's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 18 goals.

Meanwhile, Manteno has been on a difficult stretch since their win on the 3rd. They came up short against Reed-Custer on Thursday, falling 5-2. The matchup was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Manteno it sure didn't stay that way.

Manteno's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-2. As for Lisle, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Lisle took their victory against Manteno when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
