Soccer Recap: Tahlequah Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Central, Tahlequah was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the McLain Science & Tech Titans 4-3. The high-scoring effort was just what Tahlequah needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Tahlequah pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those four games. As for McLain Science & Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tahlequah will challenge Midwest City at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McLain Science & Tech, they will head out to challenge Stilwell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
