On Thursday Adrian Pena pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The performance also marked the most strikeouts (three) Pena has had since March 4th. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his eighth in a row with less than one earned run. This year, he has an ERA of .40 over 17.7 innings pitched.
