Barrow lost to Nome-Beltz on Friday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Whalers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Nanooks.

While Barrow won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-17.

Barrow has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 34-13-4 record this season. As for Nome-Beltz, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-17-2 record this season.

Barrow didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Lathrop on the 1st. Nome-Beltz does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
