That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while going 3-for-3. Parsons Christian Academy is 2-0-1 when Lacombe posts two or more stolen bases, but 1-3 otherwise.
In other batting news, Parsons Christian Academy let Brayden Comer and Jeffrey Hartley run wild. Comer scored three runs and stole Five bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Hartley scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Ennis, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-4.
Parsons Christian Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 18 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Cedar Creek Christian fell victim to Yulee and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 15-0. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Cedar Creek Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ricky Hamilton, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.
The victory got Parsons Christian Academy back to even at 3-3-1. As for Cedar Creek Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Parsons Christian Academy has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 11.6 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Cedar Creek Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.9 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
