Basketball Game Preview: Sonoma Academy Coyotes vs. Credo Gryphon

The Sonoma Academy Coyotes will square off against the Credo Gryphon at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Sonoma Academy made easy work of Willits and carried off a 67-41 win. The Coyotes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Credo, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 48-36 victory over Roseland University Prep on Tuesday. The Gryphon haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Sonoma Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.9 points over those games. As for Credo, their victory bumped their record up to 15-6.
