Basketball Game Preview: Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies vs. Glenn Falcons

The Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies and the Glenn Falcons will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Plymouth will head into Saturday's game out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They were outmatched by Warsaw and fell 75-35. The Pilgrims/Rockies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-18.

Meanwhile, Glenn unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell to LaVille 40-36.

Plymouth's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-3. As for Glenn, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-3.

Plymouth beat Glenn 35-22 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Plymouth since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
