Trey Rush Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 On Friday, Grady got the W thanks in part to  Trey Rush playing the best football he has all season. Rush rushed for 203 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, and also picked up 63 receiving yards, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up  two  sacks, forced two fumbles,  and made 13 total tackles (5.0 for loss).
 The  win (which was Grady's fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Rush and Grady will venture away from home to  square off against Floyd  at 1:00  p.m.  on Friday.

A Season-Best  Effort from  Brycen Barnes Leads Roy/Mosquero over Floyd
 Roy/Mosquero was led to victory by  Brycen Barnes, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Barnes rushed for 163 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries. The  effort  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in October of 2023. He didn't just play on offense: he also made three total tackles and defended two passes.
 Floyd's probably not too fond of  Barnes given he always seems to get the better of them. Barnes rushed for 48 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 42 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Broncos duked it out  back in September of 2023.

Gonzalez-Lopez Posts Huge Game in  58-26  Loss
 While  Alex Gonzalez-Lopez delivered a dominant  performance  on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for New Mexico School for the Deaf. Gonzalez-Lopez was unstoppable, picking up 129 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 84 yards on only ten carries.
 New Mexico School for the Deaf's defeat was  their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 2-4. Gonzalez-Lopez and New Mexico School for the Deaf will head out to  square off against Arkansas School for the Deaf  at 2:30  p.m.  on Saturday.

Grady Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to  Deakin Ragland
 Grady picked up their fifth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Deakin Ragland. Ragland was dynamite, picking up 71 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 50 yards and a touchdown.
 For the season,  Ragland  has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 35.1 receiving yards per game.

Santiago Lopez Makes It Two for New Mexico School for the Deaf
 Another New Mexico School for the Deaf player making an appearance on this list is  Santiago Lopez. He picked up 96 receiving yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up  two  sacks and made nine total tackles.
 For the year,  Lopez  has averaged 20.3 passing yards per game.
