            Volleyball Recap: Bethlehem Central Eagles vs. Shenendehowa Plainsmen        
        
		
        
        
            Bethlehem Central suffered their biggest  loss since October 28, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against  the Shenendehowa Plainsmen, falling  3-0. It was the first time  this season that the Eagles let down their fans at home.
 Bethlehem Central took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21,  25-23.
 Shenendehowa got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Kylie Fountain out in front who  had eight  digs and two  aces. That's the most  digs  Fountain has posted  over her last nine  matches.  Jacey Bitter was another key player,  getting 12  digs.
Bethlehem Central's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3-2. As for Shenendehowa,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 17-5-3.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethlehem Central will welcome Colonie Central  at 4:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Shenendehowa, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Mary's  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday.
