Baseball Game Preview: Winton Woods Warriors vs. Loveland Tigers

Winton Woods hasn't had much luck against Loveland recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Warriors will challenge the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Winton Woods has given up an average of 15.1 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Winton Woods is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 22nd straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They came up short against Cincinnati Christian, falling 11-0.

Turpin hit Loveland with a four-run sixth inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Tigers fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 7-5. That makes it the first time this season the Tigers have let down their home crowd.
