Basketball Game Preview: Bishop Badgers vs. West Oso Bears

The Bishop Badgers will take on the West Oso Bears at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bishop comes in on 13 and West Oso on 15.

Bishop is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Edna, sneaking past 56-53.

Meanwhile, West Oso took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 71-41 victory over Columbus. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 23 matches by 21 points or more this season.

West Oso's win came from a few key players Bishop will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jae'La Hicks, who posted 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Milauni Williams, who had 14 points.

Bishop's win was their 20th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 27-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.4 points. As for West Oso, their victory bumped their record up to 30-5.
