Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Addenbrooke Classical Academy Mustangs, falling 3-0. The Lancers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-21, 21-15.

Lincoln's offense was headlined by Gabriel Lara and Mohamed Abdikadir, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Jaden Sirichntho and his three assists.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Addenbrooke Classical Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.

Lincoln didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Kennedy on the 7th. As for Addenbrooke Classical Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against STEM School Highlands Ranch on the 7th.
