Baseball Recap: Pawhuska Comes Up Short

Pawhuska's last matchup with Rejoice Christian could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Monday. The Huskies came up short against the Eagles, falling 10-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2018.

Pawhuska has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Rejoice Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-15 record this season.

Pawhuska is taking a road trip to square off against Panama at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Rejoice Christian, they will face off against Coalgate at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
