Recap: Gerstell Academy vs. Concordia Prep Saints
Gerstell Academy can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They put the hurt on Concordia Prep with a sharp 43-20 victory. The win was familiar territory for Gerstell Academy who now have four in a row.
It was another big night for Eniyah Stinnette, who scored eight points along with 16 rebounds and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was MiMi Delone, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
Gerstell Academy has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Concordia Prep, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.
Gerstell Academy will play host again and welcome Maryvale Prep, where tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Maryvale Prep will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Maryland Rankings (they are ranked 150th, while Gerstell Academy is ranked 39th). Concordia Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
