Basketball Recap: Elk Grove Comes Up Short

Elk Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 48-24 to the Buffalo Grove Bison. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grenadiers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-26 back in January.

Elk Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 3-24. As for Buffalo Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 12-15.

Elk Grove didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-29 loss against Addison Trail on the 1st. As for Buffalo Grove, they will square off against Hersey at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
